Pontin's Early Booking mailers
A vital part of Pontin’s marketing effort is to persuade it’s loyal customers and new prospects to book for a short break or a holiday in advance. Accordingly, early booking offers are a standard part of the company’s marketing effort. However, familiarity breeds contempt and loyal guests have become cynical because they have seen it all before when it comes to early booking deals.
Cooke Associates were briefed to overcome this cynicism and to design a set of direct mail pieces and sales mechanics, targeted at different slices of Pontin’s demographic which would generate the desired sales.
